yep, august. last year we went ziplining during the day then out to ruckus that night, which was pretty fun. not sure if now i want to do a dinner/drinks downtown type of thing or go out of town to the beach or mountains or something. hmmm decisions.

^^ haha i def wouldn't go to like great clips or something. i'd get a fancy haircut. so yea it could be like $80. still cheaper than a phone. but not as useful and my dad is all about some utility. but we'll see. i have my game plan all set up so whenever i see him i just have to figure out which card in my hand i'm gonna play first

^ exactly. it is so stupid! but really if you go to the shady/cheap places they always ALWAYS royally screw up your hair. and the only thing that can fix it is going somewhere $$$ to get them to do it OR just waiting months for it to grow out. #morefirstworldproblems

i remember you guys being there, of course! it was definitely a good time. i know a lot of people stop wanting to celebrate their birthdays as they get older, or at least feel as if they shouldn't anymore. i do not feel this way though, i always want to celebrate in some way!

i know given my track record with things i am going to need one of those army strong cases (otter i think?! i was told about this last night and how it protected a phone when an army guy did a 30,000 foot jump and it fell out of his pocket)

UNFORTUNATELY i seem to ruin phones in weird ways. not by dropping them. well one time i did drop my phone but it was in a toilet. so it was the water that sent it to it's death

i've actually only lost 1 cell phone and ruined 1 cell phone. in 10 years. that is pretty decent yeah?! haha. but the second i have a nice one i will probably destroy it. booooooo. well technically i have lost 2 but refound one of them after i had driven from charleston to raleigh and opened my sunroof and it fell in. WHOOPSY
