After looking at that rent increase thread in the Lounge, I found a house that would save $245/month in rent and is a few minutes closer to work...but I can't figure if the area would be nicer.

Might warrant a drive by after work

Well the only reason I say that is there are very, very few homes to rent in general around here, and that property only even showed up on 1 website out of like 4. Actually, it is THE only place to rent that is showing up for this city. I have a feeling that homes for rent go very quickly around here when they actually do show up on the market.
