i don't know why my default reaction to a surplus of any emotion is crying. it is really annoying

too much anger = crying
too much stress = crying
too much happiness = crying (except that never happens. well maybe at weddings sometimes)

except sometimes it is also vomiting. a toss up really. if i am overwhelmed by any emotion it is pretty much guaranteed i will either vomit or cry on you though.
