oh gosh. even on her new weight control food it says for 16lb cats to lose weight you are allowed to feed them 1 and 1/4 a day

i feel like 1/3 is way too little!!! unless they are like over 20lbs

i mean my kitty does need to lose weight. she is 5 and i really don't want her to develop diabetes or die when she is like 8. i would die if that happened. i love my kitty (well kitties) a whole lot and even though i feel sad when they cry for food, i have got to stop free feeding them. my one cat just eats and eats and eats. she is a lard and for awhile i thought the dog was stealing her food and that is why it would get eaten so fast. WELL my not bf has had the dog for a few days now and her food is disappearing at the same pace SO. now we know for sure she is the fatass.

well the dog does steal her food sometimes. but i finally found a spot the dog won't go by herself (the laundry room. specifically near the laundry room door...she's scared of it). so i put the food there and it still kept disappearing.

i thought my dog was sneaking kitty food

but no

my fat kitty is just.....extra fat

she weighs like 16lbs now!! that is bad. it is time for her to go on a diet. and i don't know how you exercise a cat but i'm about to put this bitch on a come with me kitty and drag her around the neighborhood.

my dog ran off during the storm monday night. hadn't seen her since. finally got a call from some folks down the road saying she had been hanging around there but she had just finally let them get close enough to read the number on the collar.
