1. take care of a newborn
2. deal with everything in this house before closing on the 29th which includes packing, replacing carpet, and who knows what else they might request from the inspection
3. deal with everything with the new house before closing on the 28th which includes whatever needed from our inspection report including finding out if the foundation is settled and "okay" or if that crack is something serious to worry about
