i really like working from home on thursdays and fridays but i get kind of stir crazy. i get up at 6am to work out and then start working at 7am so i can be done around 3pm.

must.find.errands.to.run......or someone to go to lunch with today

i'm sorry Sam i had these weird cramp/stomach ache thing this morning when i woke up. i did my work out and wanted to go for a quick run but it was getting so bad that i was nervous that running would only make it worse. i took some IB Profun and that seemed to help.

Cassie, She's doing great This is such a fun age! She's wrestling, playing, laughing, tickling, talking up a storm and starting to answer our questions. I asked her how she liked her smoothie this morning and she said "mmm, yesh!" Sweet!
And currently her tantrums are short and simple and she's back to playing in less than 5 minutes haha

ahhhhhh OMG she's SO cute

i love the age when they can start answering questions and they become really active. that's so great to hear about the tantrums. i feel like when kids move into the terrible twos its definitely a mixed bag of what kind of tantrums/attitude they're going to throw your way. i feel like when Mark and i (eventually) have kids, there's a strong 50/50 chance the kid will become meltdown city like i do when i get upset.

I think it was the cake I had last night I am ready to talk to the doc about this... I had to reschedule and the first available appointment they have isn't until September 1st >.<

i just hope he can get to the bottom of it and you don't have to go through what i did with my endocrinologist. i waited forever to get in with him because he's one of the best in Raleigh and we went round and round and round to find out i need to switch my birth control and i had to stop eating sulfites

lactose isn't TOO bad honestly. i have cut back a lot on my dairy in the last few months because i found it doesn't jive well with my body as well as it used to. i've had bouts of lactose intolerance growing up and it's annoying but there are ways around it.
