I'm really looking forward to the new Midlake record, the new Doves album and the solo debut by Jason Lytle that are coming out this year.

I've been listening to a lot of Sophtware Slump b-sides lately, and I really miss Grandaddy. They were such an underrated band with potential to have been a really special band if they had stuck with it. Of course, they were together for 14 freakin' years, so you can't ask for much more than that, I guess.

Hopefully the Lytle solo record will satisfy my need for more Grandaddy tracks.
