^ i do to. except i have a problem with corruption on all levels. not just corporations.the federal government is corrupt in it's position to take capital gains, and capital losses and socialize the losses into bailouts that YOU qntmfred and I pay taxes on every single day.the banks should have failed. but the corrupt govt took control and didn't let them fail. they were FDIC insured and every single person at those failed banks would get guaranteed 250k.if you get rid of the corruption in the federal govt you are at step 1 to be able to move to step 2 which is to control and rid the corporations of corruption.[Edited on October 28, 2011 at 11:40 AM. well yeah, but they still haven't accomplished anythingthe cartoon seems to be saying that it doesn't matter if the idiot masses are idiots and have no idea what they want or why, and leadership should cave to them just on the grounds that they are pissed...but that's just not the case.
10/31/2011 6:55:20 AM
It is saying pretty obviously that they want a change in leadership.
10/31/2011 6:58:22 AM
we got a change in leadership, and they are out in the streets right now obviously disgruntledWHAT-THE-FUCK-DO-THEY...WANTjust changing something doesnt make things better. we vote against one form of change in favor of the other[Edited on October 31, 2011 at 12:21 PM. Reason : d]

omg thats the best story ever
10/31/2011 12:33:11 PM
^^^ Exactly. They're playing pin the tail on the donkeyor pin the donkey on the countryor somethingbut if you don't even know what the fucking problem is, let alone have any ideas of how you'd like to fix it, you pretty much need to go home and shut the fuck up.There are a couple of HUGE problems, but the occupy protesters are a total disaster. They mostly don't understand the issues, and in the cases of those who do, are diluting their message with overwhelming amounts of leftist bullshittery. Also, you can say that they aren't anti-capitalist, and aren't engaging in class warfare, and whatever else, but that's a fucking copout. They have extremely strong and even overt and explicitely stated trends toward those things.

10/31/2011 10:56:20 PM
^you're right.... rich people should give their money to other people for nothing rather than asking for a product or service in exchange for their money. If they bought cigarets would you feel differently? What about a Cadillac or Hummer? What if they bought 30 Ipads??What should rich people spend their money on??? Man.. I sure wish the Govt would just tell everyone where their money should go.. THEN we'd have a solid democracy!!
10/31/2011 11:08:55 PM

I'm not gonna lie, I want to know what features that toilet has.
10/31/2011 11:11:36 PM
Point being, it doesn't create any more jobs to buy a $1500 pair of jeans than a $50 pair or a $15,000 pair of shoelaces than a $1 pair so that argument is asinine
10/31/2011 11:17:00 PM
Maybe they should buy cigarets though
10/31/2011 11:17:54 PM
Yup you got me... asinine. If I buy a $1500 pair of jeans that company can make $1480 worth of stuff with that profit. They can pay their employees, who can buy lots of stuff from other people. Man... you sure do know a lot about economics
10/31/2011 11:25:38 PM
lol yeah I'm sure there's not a single article of designer clothing made in a sweatshop
10/31/2011 11:33:56 PM
So.... I'll ask (a little more directly than before) what should they buy!?!? Or should they just save their money? Or... should they loan it out to people with less money so they can buy stuff? Or... what?[Edited on October 31, 2011 at 11:43 PM. Reason : .]

No, but if the middle class actually has money they can afford to buy a lot more, less expensive, items, which actually drives demand.

The barricades police have set up throughout Wall Street as a consequence of the ongoing demonstration."[Edited on November 1, 2011 at 10:56 PM. Reason : ,]
