It's a good strategy too. If you know that one team is deeper than the other you can keep calling the fouls on both teams knowing it'll impact one team much harder than the other.

For the record, we've had 7 scorers and 8 players in the game. They've had 8 scorers and 10 players in the game. Three of their fouls are on one of the players with 0 points.
