I would go with Bush

I would drop Alfred Blue for Peterson (I also own Foster, so Blue is just insurance)

eh. I think there's a better chance of blue getting you points for the rest of the year than Peterson.

i'm having problems deciding on my QB as well. I have Stafford and Tannehill. DET gives up the fewest PPG to QB, while MIA gives up the second fewest. DET hasn't gone up against a mobile QB like Tannehill, but in Stafford's favor, it looks like he'll get Megatron back. tough matchup either way, because both defenses are looking pretty stout.

I own Stafford as well (although I also own Palmer, and am starting him this weekend), and I think you have to start him over Tannehill if Megatron is playing.

I, too, have Stafford & Tannehill in one league. No way I'm even considering benching Stafford if Megatron is back.

dropping Blue now is a gamble that Foster's groin injury goes away. If you're set for the playoffs already, then maybe take the gamble. If you need wins in weeks 11-12 just to make playoffs, then I'm not sure I would do it.

I picked up Peterson, but I don't expect him on the field for 2-3 weeks at best.

I have Mckinnon and am thinking of dropping him soon-ish, I think they're gonna reinstate peterson quickly.

Pick one: A Holmes vs Den or D Adams vs Chi

^ That's pretty tough, but in situations like that I tend to lean towards the better QB so Adams.

What is Josh Gordon's trade value? I've held on to him since week 2 or so and with him returning in week 12 I am having some trade offers for him. I am weak at QB (Flacco and Dalton), but loaded at WR: Dez, Antonio, Jeffrey, Evans, and Gordon. So what kind of return should I look for in a QB or possibly RB? Gordon topped the WR charts last year, even after serving a 2 week suspension.

Chip Kelly managed to make Nick Foles decent, so Sanchez against the abysmal panthers D should be a great matchup.

I am too, but only because I had 7 players on bye and had to pick up pieces just to fill in. Who else do you have? I think he'll out touch everybody, but that doesn't mean a whole lot.

with my season teetering on the brink of failure, and the yahoo trade deadline looming, I need to try something that will shake my team up for the better.

I have shopped Leveon Bell to my league, and I'm hoping for a WR/RB swap between the two teams where I get a clear WR upgrade and an RB2 of some sort.

in 100 words or less, tell me whether or not I am crazy.

so I got an offer for Bell - Dez Bryant and Terrance West. about to run some errands and need to evaluate it, but what do you guys think? Dez probably needs Romo to be good.

lol actually it was for j. Charles. I'm not doing that.

I think I'd go Cam. Seattle's Defense may score so many points on Eli Manning interceptions that Russell doesn't have to do anything but manage the clock.

I don't ask for advice often, but I need you, TWW:

standard scoring

Greg Olsen @ PHI
or
Martellus Benett @ GB

this will make or break my week

basing that on Philly's defense? they currently give up the fewest points to opposing TE's, but their defense is banged up

any elaboration would be appreciated

Because this is the kind of game Cutler fucks up, and because it looks like Marshall and Jeffreys are going to be available. If one of them was going to be out again I'd go with Bennett.

Honestly, either one are good options, they're both projecting very similar statlines in both PPR and non-PPR leagues.

good enough for me.

i, too, think Cuddles will fuck up pretty bad this week....

the only remaining hesitation is Bennett got 134 yards the first time they played the Packers

I am the commish of a 12 team league, where trade approval process is up to me (I give league members a 1 day window to email me any concerns to consider before making my decision). We had a trade accepted this past Thursday between 2 teams in the same division. It was a trade between the 3rd and 4th place teams (they are cousins). The 4th place team was 2-7 going into this weekend, and had very weird roster management (i.e. would make moves one week, but also had Kyle Rudolph as his TE for 4 weeks while he was hurt).

Team 3rd Place roster before trade was:
QB: Philip Rivers, Joe Flacco
RB: Jamal Charles, Arian Foster, Knile Davis
WR: Calvin Johnson, Jeremy Maclin, Percy Harvin, Brandon Lafell, Mike Evans, Anquan Boldin
TE: Vernon Davis, Owen Daniels, Jordan Cameron

Team 4th Place roster before trade:
QB: Colin Kaepernick, Austin Davis
RB: Leveon Bell, Andre Ellington, Andre Williams, Terrance West
WR: Mohammed Sanu, Larry Fitzgerald, Deandre Hopkins, Pierre Garcon
TE: Kyle Rudolph, Jared Cook

The team that was proposed by the 3rd Place team and the 4th place team was:

Team 3rd Place gives:
Owen Daniels
Mike Evans
Anquan Boldin

Team 3rd place gets from Team 4th place:
Andre Ellington
Larry Fitzgerald

I was initially skeptical of the trade because:
A)Team 3rd place throws out these type of trades all the time (offered me the same three guys for Dez and Demaryius every week since week 3, other teams as well)
B) They are cousins
C) Team 4th place would make moves one week (but then leave the players starting on byes, or Kyle Rudolph as his TE for 4 weeks when he was hurt
D) Team 4th place is usually managed by a dad and his 14 year old son (dad let him manage this year because of time constraints at work)

I showed the trade to a couple of work buddies in the league (both of whom clearly thought team 3rd place was getting the best of the trade). I absolutely hate vetoing trades, so I eventually gave the trade the benefit of the doubt and let it go through.

Then comes yesterday, and Team 4th place doesn't even set his lineup, leaves every person he got in the trade on the bench (with the RB and WR spot empty from trading Ellington and Fitz). During dinner my wife calls her parents and Team 4th place is actually over there eating dinner at her parents house. She makes a comment to Team 4th place about how dumb of a trade that was, and not even setting his lineup, to which Team 4th place responded (he was on speaker phone so I heard his words) that he wasn't going to make the playoffs this year anyway so he just accepted the trade an didn't even look at it or look to set his lineup.

My question is what do I do about this? I gave both teams the benefit of the doubt, but then Team 4th place openly admits he was letting his cousin have the better players, and didn't even care about the trade or his team anymore. My wife suggested putting it to a league vote about reversing the trade since he admitted not even caring what he was getting. I am not sure what to do, so any thoughts would help?

That trade should have been vetoed because it reeked of collusion before talking to anyone. The damage is done though; just don't invite people like that back to play next year.

how did no one else in the league complain about it?

The trade is fine, I guess, I mean I don't know why you'd need a 3rd TE but Owen Daniels isn't bad or anything, and the other two guys should start for him. Obviously he gave up better players but not by a lot.

I'd say not setting your lineup is the bigger problem. He'd be kinda coed out of my league for not trying and hurting the integrity of the league, even if your team sucks guys can randomly go off and that can affect seeding for playoffs.

^Thats the reason I let the trade go through, was because the players he was receiving could play in his lineup (even if he was trading his 2nd best player). The only second guessing started when I heard him say outright that he didn't care anymore and he just gave his cousin the trade.

I mean I personally don't understand anyone being upset about that trade.

I would want to know a little bit more about what roster spots you guys have. Assuming you are playing RB/RB/WR/WR/TE/Flex/ the probably starting rosters would look like:

Charles/Foster/Calvin/Maclin/Davis/Ellington
Bell/West/Boldin/Evans/Daniels/Sanu

or something like that. Team 3rd place gave three guys who would be valued as starters for Team 4th place for a guy who he would value as a starter. All those TEs are pretty garbage though and if the rest of your league is holding TEs at that ratio (2.5 TEs per team and only starting 1) then that is pretty weak to begin with.

Now as for the out of the league crap with the guy giving up - yeah, that is an issue and the commish should be setting his team if he isn't, because that isn't fair to everyone. But the trade itself, I see no issue.

Wilson turned out to be a pretty decent fantasy QB play this week. 100 yards rushing, and a rushing TD is nothing to sneeze at.

Vernon Davis shouldn't be on any roster at this point. You couldn't find anybody else?

In the league I was forced to start Sanchize in I'm up 40 because of Dez and Jordy and my opponent having a couple of guys throw up goose eggs. I'm actually going to put up the league high score even with sanchez.

My other league it's literally a dead heat. Need the Panthers to put up some points against the Philly D, but it needs to not be to Greg Olsen. I've got an 8 point cushion at this point, started 15 points up.

Yeah, really didn't see 22.5 points from the Eagles defense coming.
