Tony Martial! He came from France! The English press said he had no chance! £50 million down the drain! As Tony Martial scores again!

In all honesty this was one of the best FA CUp matches this year and worthy of a semi final. I believe United should have taken advantage of the possession and pressure in the first half to make it 2-0 but Everton held on. Second half was a roller coaster. Fosu Mensah, although he won the ball, basically scissor kicked Barkley. It was stupid from Mensah and showed his age and inexperience. Peno all day long.

De Gea on the save was brilliant. He didn't even come off the line for it like a lot of keepers do these days. I am definitely biased but I believe he is the best keeper in the word right now, yes ahead of Neuer.

Everton's goal, although an own goal, was actually pretty impressive. They worked the ball oh so well and the Unite defense was all over the place defending that. The Delefeou sub was also a brilliant move in the second half. Had the United defense reeling after the came on. That is the kind of stuff that makes Martinez a great manager but the guy can't make his teams defend for the life of me.

Martial's finish was brilliant though. Absolutely worthy of a winner in a hard fought match at Wembley. I think the final will be just as gritty, hopefully worthy of a proper football match from both sides.

Good first half. Think Spurs lacked the final pass so far today but WBA have been good defensively. Fortunate to get the goal the way they did but Spurs have certainly been the more dominant team, just lacking that final ball and finish.

McClain looks lively on the wing and the battle with him and Rose is pretty entertaining. Would have been nice for it be 0-0 at half time and make the Spurs sweat a bit but they are deserving of the lead. If Spurs hold on then next week will be a huge one with Leicester at Old Trafford and Spurs at Stamford Bridge.

Alli is a bit of a shit head though. I hope the FA look into it. Stupid to not keep your head on your shoulders with a massive title race.

Guess we won't hear a peep out of the Alli incident. Vardy does that and you would think he killed a person. What a petulant idiot. Should absolutely be banned for that.

^ ribs is busy trying to drink the sorrow away. Then he will be busy trying to figure out how to defend Alli for that despicable punch. He is right though, we should start Alli over Rooney and watch him get a red card in the quarters and ruin England's chances. Ironically, much like Rooney did against Portugal as a young lad in 2006. The plot thickens.

This is brilliant in fact. Alli and Kane are the new hope for England. Which means every time they play shit for England they will get scapegoated. Can't wait to see Spurs fans get tired of defending them from the English media.

wazza, are you a Leicester supporter now or what? Jesus christ. Talking shit to a fan of a Spurs team that is miles above yours makes absolutely no sense. Pretty pathetic a fan of massive club Manchester United has to pretend to be Arlo White (I'm guessing he's a fan, not sure on that) so they can support a team that isn't absolutely dreadful to watch.

As for me, I was never anti-Leicester. I was just more pro-Spurs, for reasons explained already. I'm happy with any of Chelsea, Arsenal, City, and United not winning the title.

No I just quiet enjoy calling ribs out. Besides ribs I admire this Tottenham team. They had a great year. However I do take unkindly to the suggestion that Leicester have been lucky. Leicester deserve to win this league title. They have been just as good in terms of football on the pitch. It's a different style they use. Just because they don't play the traditional pretty football does not mean they have been boring or undeserving.

Ribs has been mouthing off since March. Now his team is down and out and he disappears. Typical.

lol. This is gold. I have huge admiration for Leicester and Tottenham. Didn't realize watching other teams play good football means I am not a fan of Man United. Also hate to break it to you but this dumpster fire season for us could yet still end with a trophy, what trophy are the spurs going to win this year? The runners up? lmao.

Well its a good thing Man United handed West Ham their first home loss since August in the quarter final then. lol the fact that you don't think the FA Cup is a prestigious trophy is hilarious. Any spurs fans would kill to win any trophy this year, don't deny it. That squad played great football but unless they go on to win something they won't be remembered 3 years from now.

Yeah... committing murder to win in sports probably isn't going to happen. I know that throws a wrench in your rebuttal though, so continue as if I didn't say that.

I'm still fascinated by how chatty you are considering all factors involved here. I could go in on you, but I really don't have the time or motivation.

Better than De Gea? Also yes I would take Alli or Kane any day, you really aren't insulting my team by saying that.

Wouldn't get too cocky just yet ribs, Spurs have to hold on to these players now and next year is going to be just as uncertain as this year. With Pep, Klopp, Conte, and potentially Mourinho it will only get harder to win the league going forward. Lets also not forget this Spurs team is now going to navigate mid week fixtures on top of all of that. Who can they attract to strengthen that team? They will have to rely on finding solid players in the transfer market over established stars who are likely ending up at City/Chelsea/Man United at this point. I can't see Levy actually spending big money without selling one of his stars. If Spurs can't finish in the top 4 next year then say bye bye to Kane and the others. The bigger teams in England/abroad will pay big bucks for these guys.

Also Real Madrid is in the market for a new striker likely this off season. I wouldn't put it past Harry Kane to force a move. Fair play to Harry Kane though, he proved me wrong and has gone on to have a fantastic year. Hope he can stay in the league. More competition is always a good thing.

^^^ lol I am being serious. In modern football I can't see clubs like Tottenham holding on to managers like Poch for the long term. Poch already said he would like to manage PSG one day. People like Wenger and Sir Alex are rare these days so its really not surprising.

If I am wrong so be it but that is my belief, its not really hating on anyone. I would have said the same for United. Look at City even, you think Pep will be there beyond 4 or 5 years?

^ I would be careful with that statement right now. Arsenal aren't exactly safe from Europa league. Unlikely, mainly because I think United don't win the next 4 games, but maybe Wenger can pull an ultimate bottle job.
