Yes I think Q was betting on SMU to cover the 1.5. It’s pretty obvious imo. I expect he’ll be suspended relatively soon once this story gains some steam

I don't think he's on the take, just some regression to the mean in regards to his free throw shooting. He was a 68% free throw shooter prior to this year and was at like 78% for the year prior to the SMU game. He'll probably end up in the mid-70s, so he's gonna miss some shots. Probably should make an effort to get the ball in someone else's hands at the end of games.

I have faith in the team. That doesn't mean i think that copeland should be compared to an all-time great. I mean i guess they're both roughly the same height and enjoy talking trash. That's about it though. Hodge was better at pretty much everything involving basketball and they played different positions.

I get the Hodge/Q comparison…but it really is just disrespectful to Jules. And Jules did it for 4 years. Q has been pretty mediocre for the first 3 years of his college career. And he is having a fantastic year, so I’m not even trying to downplay how great he’s been this year. But Jules was just better.

I feel like if you put Hodge into the current situation that copeland is in, he would be a triple double machine. He averaged 3.5 assists while never being the primary ball handler. Put him on a team with 3 shooters and give him the ball and tell him to drive and kick? Dude is averaging 20/10/7. All while playing lock down defense (something Copeland knows nothing about)
