I had one cup of old fashioned oatmeal with 1 cup blueberries and then a banana and 2 eggs sunny side up. And 1 liter of water. But this is a typical breakfast for me.

On another note, I have developed a really bad case of tendinitis in my left thumb which is bad considering I am left handed it hurts SO bad I couldn't even do push ups this morning or put pressure on my hand at all. Modified work out FTW.
