getting THAT hungry is detrimental to a diet


cutting down on the drinking will help drop pounds and be much healthier than cutting a ton of food. if you have to drink, have a miller lite (only around 4 carbs!) or a bacardi and diet caffeine free coke.

I've done just about everything else to lose weight aside from surgery...I mean even when I was in amazing shape and eating perfectly I was still a fat ass...I don't even give a shit anymore...I'm so sick of being a fat ass I'd rather never eat again.

2^have you tried low carb? i seem to remember you having some of the symptoms of the disease my sister and I have. my sister worked out 2 or 3 times a week and tried a million different diets and continued to gain weight. after cutting carbs she's lost almost 50 pounds.

def carbs is what makes people gain weight or be overweight. I know if I continuously have diabetic lows I gain weight for sure! I'm keeping it in check for sure!

Yep...I did that in high school...I lost like 10 lbs and then stopped...and then I just smelt of meat the rest of the time...

the most I've lost is when I decided to just stop eating...people can hate on that all they want, make fun of me, look down on me...but I would much rather be skinny and unhealthy than fat and healthy....you have no idea how much it sucks to have always been fat no matter how healthy you are. People judge on looks, even the most unshallow of people will still judge a fat chick....I'm sick of people seeing me first as a fat girl, I'm ready to be seen for who I really am, not for what I look like.
