she has a flea (i'm like 90% sure) allergy and is on frontline but EVIDENTLY got bitten by a flea while i was on vacation and she was staying with the bf at his clearly flea infested home. she doesn't have fleas on her now. and didn't ever have an infestation. he has indoor outdoor cats and i suspect a flea (or maybe two) hopped on and bit her and now it is like holy allergic reaction batman. this has happened before, never this bad.

anyway

now she has a rash and hotspots and my vet (well its this one lady that i talked to, she's kinda rude, i used to work there) was not helpful. i am going to call tomorrow and hopefully talk to someone else. but they were all like we can't see her until wednesday. and so i made an appt and she's taking benadryl and i got hotspot spray and she's had a bath but it is BAD (in my opinion anyway). she has a rash all over and then hotspots under her armpits and on her tummy and they keep popping up and they are swollen and really red (no pus or open bloodiness or anything).

i just feel like she's probably really uncomfortable - super itchy - and it makes me sad. going to call around tomorrow if my vet won't get her in i will find someone that will.
