now onto my other life problem - my insurance company, with whom i have my own individual policy, does not seem to understand that i am not under my mother's policy and that my mother is dead. which they know because uh, they have a copy of the death certificate. so they keep filing my insurance wrong (how, i don't even know because my policy # is not my mother's policy #) and then i get denied coverage. what the fuck? i don't get how i even clear this up. i am like telling them and they keep doing it wrong.
