well my situation is a little different. i had it on the beach towel, and then Bertha's spawn in the form of a gigantic wave at Kure Beach came up out of no where and soaked nearly everything! Justin grabbed his iPhone (thank god) and I grabbed the stereo. totally forgot my phone was on the towel. so it's not a water issue, but more of a sand and salt grinding on the inner workings of the phone making it do crazy shit--such as constantly vibrating, changing screens, calling people on it's own, etc. it's possessed

^^lol my iphone did that for a while after it got wet the first time. it'd randomly pop up on the screen talking about some accessory wasn't designed for this phone and blah blah blah.. it only randomly called people for the first few hours of being wet

^^the screen is still a little messed up (you can tell it was water damage now, but it is still readable- just funny looking). Also, it doesn't seem to be charging up right or holding the charge as long (it was on the charger all night and is only at half charge right now)

I just want the internet to start working again- then I will just wait on buy the 3g
