long story short, some little bitch came up to me and wanted to fight, and i said no (i was at a pool table racking balls). So his reaction to my lack of interest in his bullshit was to pick up the cue ball and slam me in the side of the head twice with it, putting me down for the count- it was completely unprovoked, and everyone said they didn't know him

but now i'm finding out that some of the management knew him and didn't mention that, and also makes me a little more informed as to why they didn't call the cops. I mean, i was out cold bleeding on their floor for 5-10 minutes, and I have no memory of the night (everything i have mentioned has been what I've been told by witnesses there), and no one thought to call the cops?

that's some bullshit. is it too late to get the police involved? i'd be looking into the management of wherever you were, if they are legally accountable for anything (ie: their indifference when somebody knocked out a customer when unprovoked, or not reporting it.)

Yeah some ass hole rear ended my car on Sunday night while I was in Winston-Salem. He was about to take off but then saw the church I live next to and was compelled by the power of christ to turn around and come back. The worst part is it was a state owned vehicle, and I had to track down who the state was insured by. Once I accomplished that I managed to get them on the phone and file a report, problem is my car is totalled. They offered me way less than what the car is actually worth, which is problematic. Especially with the price of gas these days, I could of sold my car for about $6k and they're offering me $4k. So I'm in negotiations with them. Also- I just cleaned out all the personals from my car and need to find alternate transportation for a while.

All this is just stressing me out to the max, and I'm looking for a new car. Not to mention my SSN was issued in 1992 and everyone and their mother thinks I'm stealing my own identity, even though I'm rather obviously not 15 years old.
