on-demand should give out best available

SO, if you signed up correctly for a group section, but had your tickets dumped and thrown into on-demand, let me know (with your UnityID) so we can check your account and see what's going on. Without specific examples, they can't track this activity.

hey lahyde, I requested a student and guest ticket for the Maryland game. On the "Your Tickets" page it says I got them in Lottery 1, but it won't let me click on anything so I can print my ticket. Is something wrong or will they be available to print out at a later time? Thanks

may sound like a dumb question, but have you gone to "Request/Claim Tickets" to actually claim them first? Just go there and click on teh game link as if you were requesting new tickets

I click on Request/Claim tickets and it says I have no tickets in my account so I can reserve another 1-2 tickets.

OK 2 questions.

One I just requested my ticket and it already assigned me one. Why did it do that?

And two if I do not like this ticket, can I deny it and get another one in the next lottery or will that be a risk of not getting one?

I know it's the holidays and all but i'm not sure how many students will be making it out to the game.

^Are you talking about the Maryland game? The supply exceeded demand so it has basically gone into on-demand. Yes you can cancel your ticket and reclaim as many times as you want.

but god damn if it won't just let me get one student ticket

i enter 1 into the number of student tickets

and 0 into the amount of guest tickets

and the next screen shows one student and one guest requested

with a 30.00 fee for the guest

and yea

you shouldn't have to enter any numbers unless you want guest tickets. mine automatically defaults to 1 in the student ticket field and 0 in the guest ticket field.

yes, you requested tickets over the weekend

but since supply exceeded demand they threw out the lottery

you have tickets, but its in the on-demand format

just do as you would if you were obtaining a ticket via on demand

if you were in a group, your group members should be in the same section when they obtain their ticket

you aren't requesting another ticket, you're claiming it

that's how it worked for me and my group

if you didn't request a guest ticket, then you could probably get one now if you wanted one
