i do this thing where i know i'm aware of what i'm dreaming

and i'm sort of awake, it's usually like an hour before i'm supposed to get up (i usually wake up like 2 minutes before my alarm goes off)

and yeah, it's weird. i know i'm dreaming.

is that lucid dreaming?
