They also tell you how you can check your balance and set up your payment method, but that stuff is pretty intuitive. Most of the videos tell you how to use their search engine stuff but I don't even use them, I just open a new window and use google. For the most part you can just open the video window and let it just play in the background while you do something else.

yeah i just did ^ and left the volume on. when it got to something that i needed to know that wasn't quite as simple as searching for shit i watched that part of the video(s)..otherwise i just let them run through

^ yeah, I noticed you haven't been on in a while. I'm not sure about the idle part, but it would make sense to clear out the guides that aren't working to make room for new guides that will.

I've heard of a lot of guides going idle and not being fired. WHy does it matter to them, doesn't cost them anything.

It doesn't matter to ChaCha, but it matters to people who want to be guides but the registration is closed because ChaCha thinks they have plenty of guides.

If you are idle, set at Away, it shouldn't log u out. If u are Available, and a question comes and u just sit there and are Idle, it will log u out after a certain time.

KGB is a pay service. In other words, when the person texts in to ask a question, it charges them .99. So I would assume they have a lot less customers

Also, from what I have heard, they don't pay their guides as well.

meh something about some bad answers..i had several that were too short that they looked at (math problems I just gave answers to) and some others I should have disputed but never really got around to doing.. so yea, my quality scores were pretty awful. I think that was all it took but I could be mistaken
