South Carolina shellacs the Razorbacks at home by the score of 45-17, and in the process extends their winning streak to 5 games now. The USC offense was able to score nearly at will throughout the first three quarters before the second team offense came in to clean up the game.

Eric Baker had another stellar performance, racking up 103 yards on 16 carries with 2 touchdowns. Stephen Garcia had 2 TDs of his own, throwing for 178 yards and going 10 for 14 on passes. The Gamecocks were able to own the time of possession battle also, 15 minutes to 10 minutes.

The win makes the Gamecocks bowl eligible, and also may allow them to break into the top 25 in the polls for the first time all season. Unfortunately it may be their only week in the top 25 as the team hosts Florida next week. A win would all but seal up a 3 way tie atop the SEC east, a loss would assure Florida a place in the SEC championship game.

Slave and I disconnected again. This time, he's still able to stay in the game, so I just sent him a message to finish it off. It was a close game, but he was up in a close one in the third. It's frustrating because I was up in the first two games when we disconnected and this game we finally made it to the third with him up when we disconnected.

Willy Korn was unstoppable, going 20 of 22 with 4 touchdowns to move Clemson to 9-0. It was back and forth throughout, but a late pick and subsequent disconnect allowed Slave to punch in the score and cruise to victory. This will surely move them up in the rankings as they await NC State next week; a win would put them in the ACC title game.

#18 Alabama did everything but give the win to the bulldogs of Mississippi State. The Tide moved the ball well on the ground with 150 yds rushing but couldn't do much through the air as receivers dropped the ball like it was a hot potato. The Tide offense went a pathetic 8 for 18 through the air for 14yds and 1 TD and the oline didn't to much to protect their quarterback as RS Freshman Dexter Jackson had to scramble for his life. With 2 games left(Notre Dame and @ Aurburn), the Tide will need to win their season finale and hope Ole Miss loses 2 of their last 3 games to reach the SEC championship. A BCS bid is still possible but not likely as Bama will need quite a few teams ahead of them to lose.

Being that I need NCSU to win, I'll only say one thing: Be sure to wrap up the football. That aggressive defensive style definitely helps Clemson make plays (but leads to a lot of facemasks).
