i totally understand your objection to it but... i just want the replacement to be someone from a winning/dominating atmosphere to come in and run the show... no mid major success story, or 1-year success story...

Isn't this two games in a row now where Sidney has got a big lead playing Richard Howell, then he benches him for most of the last 10 minutes of the 2nd half while Leslie plays like complete garbage and we lose the lead? Guess he isn't the quickest learner.
