^^She's from China and doesn't speak English very well. Additionally, she does a ton of haggling and attempted hard bargaining that is typical of non-Americans, so a Chinese person trying to purchase a phone plan can be a very different experience ...especially when they aren't satisfied with irritable aspects of cell phones that are normal for Americans (like service dropping in rural areas).
