Just because you implied eating >30 grams of fiber would cause health problems. And it could cause issues if you eat way over that, but if you get 35 or something it's not like that's bad for you.

how did i imply it...all i said is that i eat about 30g a day and that i dont like beans cause they give you gas, have a ton of fiber, and i dont really like the taste

and of course i know you can eat, lets say, 37g and it wont kill you...i thought someone had mentioned eating 50g a day and i wouldnt do that regularly just so i didnt get constipated
