i knew a guy that got busted for drugs at UT and got kicked out. it was money and drug phernalia charge. and i think he had to go before the honor court and they kicked him out.

the police report doesn't mention charges going along with the gun so I guess it's registered to him but he was carrying it while committing a felony (possession with intent to sell distribute) so it should at least be an aggravating factor. He'll probably get one of his boys to roll over and take the charge and promise him a bunch of money off his signing bonus.
