all the meets/gatherings that have been at my house always have a pretty even ratio. same with Jeepman's place. we've probably had at least like 10-15 tww garage gatherings (plus irl people) between the two of us.

pretty much everyone i've met off here is at least normal enough to not scare girls off.

haha another thing, next year i'm trying to get my own place, house/condo, 2 bedroom, up to 700/month, good enough neighborhood to keep my bike outside and etc. any suggestions? this prolly dont belong in the garage but who gives a shit.

i dont care about it being furnished, i'd love for it to be 700 after utilities but if it's nice i wouldn't mind taking the hit, so if anyone knows of anything decent hit me up

^^700 total in rent a month is really going to be pushing it for that kind of place in a decent area. i think your best bet would probably be to grab a one bedroom apartment in a complex that has garages you can rent. that would be doable for 700.

also, if you're already spending that much a month you would really be better off just buying a place. you could buy a decent townhouse or something with a mortgage payment of not much more.

well i could give a shit about a garage, it would be nice, however i do need 2 bedrooms cuz i need one room as an office. 150,000 house is around a grand a month payment, which i would hate to have to swing.... JoHannah's (Hanya) place is 650/month for 2 bedroom but bikes have been stolen there..... so idk, i'm kinda desperate cuz i haven't signed shit for next year, and i dont wanna have a roommate so...

that's what i'm saying... any place nice enough to not worry about a bike being outside is going to be $texas. that's why i reccomended getting an apartment that has garages to keep it in there. or, find somewhere on the first floor that's got a big enough storage room.

it can be a pita to swing a mortgage payment every month. especially since i'm not working right now and going through my savings, but buying a house is one of the best things i've ever done. no regrets at all.

My place is a little less than that, and I consider it a nice neighborhood. Guy across the way has left his cruiser out for months, unmolested. Fucker needs to take better care of it, IMO, but it's there. PM me, and I'll tell you a bit more about it, if you're interested. Be advised, it is about 15 minutes from campus, so..
