he's shooting 43% from behind the arc and when Curry is on the bench / injured / shut down by Danny Green, he's the only Warrior who can score

put down the spreadsheet and watch a game for once

I know this is nothing new but jr smith just has atrocious shot selection. It has to be maddening to be on his team

Thats just JR tho. It's the reason he hardly ever started on his
other teams. besides this series he actually had better than usual
Shot selection and the Pacers are playing excellent D

Durant welcome to Cleveland .

ultimate gif of the weekend.

also, how exactly did lebron get T'd up for this? muhammed had his arms wrapped around him prior to the push. lebron was just trying to swing him off. not sure if this has already been discussed, but it's been bothering me since friday.

Klay had a tough year. If you cant see that you are blind. Warriors will be much better when they get a healthy rush back to take a lot of the Thompson/barnes unproductive minutes away

you can't swing a guy to the ground for fouling you. That is escalation but thats what lebron does. If someone fouls him he responds which is why game 2 got out of control. He just can't deal with people fouling him. Let him go dunk like all the shitty teams do. Nazri was just dumb on that to respond again.

LOVE the spurs today on currys bad ankle. Also bet a little on parker over 23 points. Bum ankle and theyll run curry through a lot of screens.

I expect a ton of defensive rebounds for the spurs today but I cant find the right prop to take. Warriors will be lucky to shoot 44% if curry can't dictate.

I like Klay Thompson to have a big game to take some of the pressure off Curry

I'll say 25 points and 5/9 from behind the arc

bill simmons had some great stuff in his latest article about a multitude of players, carmelo is taking 26 shots a game and shooting only 39%, no way the knicks go far on that recipe, I'm glad he brought up the AI philly comparison because thats the only team going far on something similar and that was just because of a terrible eastern conference and they had NO chance of winning the finals

I would think the exact opposite of that given how dependent klay is on curry.

Pretty sure you guys are kidding but dikembe was one of the top players in the nba for over a decade. Iverson as fun as he was to watch was never very productive. Most of his teams stunk for a reason. Him.

Hes pretty done. His defense has always been a liability but now hes not good enough offensively to make up for it.

They need to get rid of deng and boozer somehow and use the cap space on a good 2 guard and they're contenders.

Butler is already a star and they gotta take advantage of noah before his body breaks down.

Why get rid of deng? hes a superstar.

Whats wrong with Heinrich and bello backing you up at guard?

Gibson is just fine in boozer's spot i don't know why boozer plays over him. Boozer is the biggest waste of size and power I have ever seen. he just takes fadeaways that he never makes.

I'm starting to think that Miami could win it w/o a healthy Wade. Role players are really stepping up and obviously Lebron is unstoppable. I think the Grizzlies will be their toughest test (Indiana will take a game or 2 from them as well).

I still think Miami needs Dwade at least for a decoy. he still demands double teams. we had this same discussion last year against the pacers then he put in 30, 20 the next and 40pts in the close out game. no one else on the team can do that except for bosh and that's up in the air.

imo Memphis, Chicago, and Indiana are all the same type of team. big men, superb top defense, cant score worth shit. Miami is the one the highest scoring and efficient teams in the league. (and the best defense) playing great defense isn't going to beat them in 7. however, lol, I think the pacers can knock them out.

I feel horrible for Durant in Cleveland

^ You can't really put Chicago in with those two teams. Or maybe you can...but Memphis and Indiana can actually score...with Memphis being able to score a decent amount more than Indiana. They've got two really good scoring bigs and a good point guard. Miami is weak down low and don't have a great point guard (although I respect what Cole has been able to do).

It also seems that Wade is hurting a lot more than last year...but I guess we'll see. Maybe he's just holding in until they need him.

Of course Miami's bench looks good when they are playing against a team that has 7 guys and only 2 of them are starters. There is no offense on Chicago because there is no pg. The bench is playing well for Miami because they are playing against a combination of tired bench players or fresh dleaguers. All that said, Miami has still looked like shit in half of these games.

Chicago would have had a real chance without the freak injuries to Heinrich and deng.

^Others, like Gibson & Noah, are playing hurt too

Have to give the Bulls credit. They didn't exactly try to mail in the season with Rose out despite the injuries to nearly everyone else. Those that have been healthy have stepped up (Nate Robinson is definitely getting overpaid by someone this offseason), but damn if Thibs doesn't run his starters ragged 40+ mins, especially Deng.

Nice outfit Wade. I guess he got that from Hillary Clinton's closet.

As for the Heat, they haven't really even had to try yet in this postseason. Just because the Bulls are not at 100% does not mean the Heat don't deserve credit for demolishing Chicago the past three games. The Bulls still have some solid pieces, it's not like they are running the Bobcats roster out there.

It'll be interesting to see the Pacers-Heat in the semis. Obviously the NBA wants the Knicks-Heat so the refs may get involved and let NY win the series against the Pacers, but if that happens, the Heat will rape the Knicks in 4 or 5 games. A Pacer-Heat series could actually be interesting as Hibbert and West present real matchup problems for Miami and George may actually be able to slow down LeBron a little.

The knicks have the talent but not the discipline, the pacers have the discipline but not the talent and the bulls have both but not the health.

Memphis is the only team that is healthy enough to truly challenge the Heat.

lol bulls not even trying anymore but can you really blame them? Even with good refs they'd have no chance but when its this slanted theres no point in trying.

lebron cannot be called for a charge.
lebron cannot commit a clear path foul

sports radio, ESPN, etc would have been talking about it all throughout the next day

they are just not calling stuff on the heat.

did anyone else see the play where wade literally was just pulling and pushing noah the whole time?

bosh and haslem already in foul trouble now they are letting them bang inside.

heat shooters are going to heat up and the games gonna be over.
