If sid is not re-hired that's one thing. But if we drive him off with constant vitriol and bitching we are much more likely to see our talented freshmen and sophomores consider transferring without giving our new coach a shot.


Then we go back to square one with an unproven coach and no talent. And there's no guarantee this new guy will be able to recruit like sidney has proven he can.
