Ours is sitting on top of dog's downstairs crate.....perfect place because there's a window right behind it and it doesn't take up any additional floor space.

Does anyone have Oreos on sale this week? I feel like they area always on sale when I don't need to buy them, then whenever I want to make something with them there is 100 percent chance they are full price. I would stock up, but then I'd also probably eat them.

The Food Lion website suggests they have the white fudge-coated ones on sale, but not regular. My plan was to go to Walmart if they weren't on sale elsewhere. I checked HT, Lowe's and Kroger.

Yeah, Harris Teeter by us had them for almost 5 bucks last time I checked. When did they get so expensive? When I saw them for 2.98 at Wal-mart my stomach insisted I buy them, and my brain didn't object.

Good! I was originally going to make cookies tonight. But then I didn't. So I am making them tomorrow evening-ish, or whenever I finish helping my friend move. Dunno when I am going to actually get them to you.

so im at this bar and these two fuckers next to me put napkin hats on their beers and head outside for a cigarette. one dude says "dont let those two chicks steal our seats" i nod, just to acknowledge that i heard him which im sure he interpreted as my reluctant acceptance of the task. as soon as they walk out, the two chicks grab the seats and i dont say shit because they are women and kinda hot. they get drinks and give up the seats to two dudes they know. these guys just start drinking the other fuckers drinks while theyre outside. so then the two dudes finish smoking and start to head back in. well, as the custodian of the seats, i dont want to get blamed for the occupied seats much less the empty drinks so i get outta there. now i got nowhere to sit.

How long does it normally take for prosecution to build a case? At what point does your 6th amendment right take effect. Like if your job is on hold waiting for charges to be dropped...it's not fair that prosecution...who has nothing...to sit and say they are still building a case that is only later going to be dropped...therefore causing you to lose 3 months of pay.

I think it's up to the judge to determine if there's been a violation of 6th amendment rights. I personally would talk to my lawyer about it.

Nah I've been quickly overcome by a cold. It's weird because I'll wake up at 5, take some psuedoephedrine and then sleep fairly soundly for 6+ hours.
