Saw this on pp, but i totally agree! I had told family that I really wanted clothes for Christmas since I didnt buy any last year bc of my pregnancy. Some said they might just get me gc to stores I like, so I named some of my favorite stores and I'm totally cool with that. In the same vein, I asked for no target gift cards bc i'd prolly end up spending it on Ryan instead of me.
