Moe, what stakes do you play at again? What's your avg $ profit per table? I've been thinking about getting back into very low limit cash game multi tabling on Sundays since my weekly live tournament has gone from freeze out to rebuy.

You played it correctly. I'm currently playing a $50 rebuy add on with gabrainos dealing. Good stuff!

Carnival Cruise - sat down at the casino poker table with 6 guys. Bought in for $100

cashed out 2.5 hours later with $750

That will cover about 2 more cruises

Here's a few numbers from 2009. 95% of the time that I played these limits, I was maxing out the # of tables (16 on FTP and 24 on Stars). I estimated Stars RB at 15%. This number varies depending on VIP level and limits. This also does not include any bonuses.

ftp 25nl - 73.64 hours - 77617 hands - $1420.37 profit - $19.29/hr - $1270.23 rake (*27%) = $23.95/hr

ftp 50nl - 97.03 hours - 101459 hands - $2134.65 profit - $22.00/hr - $3105.96 rake (*27%) = $30.64/hr

stars 25nl - 137.53 hours - 191224 hands - $2310.9 profit - $16.8/hr - $2967.32 rake (*15% estimated) = $20.04/hr

stars 50nl - 51.62 hours - 61344 hands - $1195.6 profit - $23.16/hr - $1654.22 rake (*15% esitmated) = $27.97/hr

Yeah. It's interesting. Not sure why. Maybe there's more 24-tabling nits on Stars so the games are tougher?

HEM. A few AHK scipts: betpot, starsplanner, and one that I found on 2+2 to move windows. I sometimes use a table scanner. I don't really datamine anymore since you can't datamine on Stars and I intend on playing there this year.

The datamining tool that I used is called IdleMiner. It will basically open a bunch of tables and grabs the HH's for you and then you can import them to your DB. You can set it up with a bunch of different filters for limits and sites. It doesn't work on Stars, though. I haven't used it in a few months so I can't guarantee that it still works for FTP either.

I don't have a FTP account that has RB. I was using my wife's account (well mine set up with her name/bank to get RB). I don't really feel comfortable keeping large bank roll on there with the risk of them taking it. Plus their support sucks and I should be able to get a higher RB% once I hit Supernova.

When you signed up with FT poker originally did you do it through an affiliate or did you just go right to the site and sign up? If its the later there is way you can still get RB on FT. Let me know and I will tell you how.

Shit like this always happens. I basically over bet the pot because I figured he had a hand and wouldnt put me on the straight and he would think I was on a flush draw and missed and would get his call, which I did. Then the fucking river happens. It seems every time I get some moron to make a horrible call they luck out 90% of the time.

btw, I had been on a good run all night and was about to head to bed and was playing really loose, hence the raise call with K rag suited.

So much shit dude. I can't imagine playing without it now. Def give it a look.

The main feature I love is being able to use the keyboard for actions (bet, call, fold, sitout, etc...). I have bet, call, fold set on the keyboard and its incredible how much time you save -- I can 16 table while cooking dinner now if I want too

MTT results for January (not too bad considering I went on a week and a half vacations). Put this on top of 1k in cash games and ~500 staking i'd say it was a nice start to the new year. Not quite on pace for 100k for the year which is my goal, but not too far off either

Hey moe just had a fun idea.

Wanna do some sorta 50nl profit or winrate prop for a set period of time or hands or something?

(I like doing these sorts of things b/c I get bored and need motivation to keep on going lol)

^ Sounds fun but I'll prob pass. I don't think it would be fair for either of us. Since I've been mass-tabling my win rate takes a hit so you would have the bigger edge there. If we simply did $ over a time period, I'd prob have a big edge there based on the huge quantity of hands that I get in per month (did >70k hands last month with a week on vacation).

What are your plans/goals at 50nl?

I've been 24 tabling 25 and 50nl just to get a feel for it. Haven't had much issue doing 4-5k hands daily. I'm getting coaching from flushm97 on Friday to plug some leaks-- kinda excited.

But if I decide to make a full go at it 5 days a week I think 70-80k hands a month would be pretty easy (well not "easy", but doable).

Nice. Let me know how that goes. I need to get back to studying poker more. I'm tired of grinding 2bb/100. I let my CR subscription lapse a few months ago. I need to sign back up so I can become a better player rather than a robotic decent player.

Yeh he's got really good reviews on the 2p2 coaching forum so I hope it goes well. He's from Raleigh and still lives there, ironically enough, and graduated from State.

Anywho it's $55/hour for 50nl coaching so i'm gonna do a few hours and hope it helps. I'm basically breakeven so far in my attempt at full ring cash, which is weird b/c I can beat 6 max -- if anything I figured it would be the other way around.

This is a friend of mine from Raleigh, makes me sick. Had another ~$20K 2nd place cash in the middle of there somewhere which didn't show up because of the sharkscope/FT blackout period a few months ago. All of this goes back to the $10 I shipped him about a year ago when he was broke, hasn't looked back since.

Did a one hour session this morning with the guy. Realized instantly I was off on a few ranges for flatting 3bs, 4betting, etc... Instantly helped a bunch, proceeded to play 10k hands today (mixture of 25,50,100nl) and straight up crush. He pretty much advocates a 14/12 or so style for FR which works pretty well for me even 20-30 tabling.

I'd def recommend the coach -- here's a link to his 2p2 thread for coaching, definitely worth the $55/hr imo. Will probably do another hour or 2 with him if I ever move up to 100nl.
