No, VTO is unpaid. Basically if the call volume is under forcast the company will offer voluntary time off to save them money rather than paying us to sit here and do nothing, or play on TWW It's really nice, actually. We also have actual vacation time rather than PTO. Since I've been here 4 1/2 yrs I get 142 hrs vacation this year plus 9 paid holidays. This is really just for when I'm feelig lazy or would rather go home and play on TWW on my computer instead of here on my phone

Update on the glugging toilet. Bf found a spewing mess of sewage in the backyard and called a contractor over he knows, they discovered those assholes plumbed the storm drain into the sewage line, possibly there was a clog that built up enough pressure to explode nastiness everywhere including the pond. SO EXCITED TO BE MOVING THIS WEEKEND.
