This photographer wants to hire me but she doesn't want me to sell my own work while being with her or shortly thereafter.

I understand the no compete clause and not being able to put the stuff in my portfolio but I'm doing it for the experience. My own business won't be in full effect for quite some time, probably YEARS, but I'm not going to turn down some opportunities--I've already got two!

Should I be honest and up front and see what she says or just tell her thanks but no thanks......the experience would be invaluable....
