I don't know anything about the Joie and Cody situation, so I won't comment on it or say anything other than it's unfortunate and that I hope they're happier.

I will, however, say that J Caldwell is a talentless joke. I don't know him personally, but his work comes off as extremely contrived and is indicative of his fake-it-til-you-make-it strategy. So you shoot mediocre-at-best photos with polaroid and film that you then jizz on or burn? FASCINATING! If these photos were taken with a regular digital camera, would anyone give half of a fuck? Or, as far as TWW is concerned, if the photos weren't of Joie would anyone care? His photos are for the most part terrible, and any success he has as a photographer is likely due to the fact that he's able to convince attractive people that what he's making is art. My friend recently gave her 3 year old a polaroid camera, and the biggest difference was nudity. Fuck this guy and his instant film (or jizz rags, whichever he prefers, I can't tell much of a difference either).

Completely agree. I honestly cannot stand that crap. Joie or not, I think his work is utter garbage. I am no master photographer myself, but damn I gave my kids a little camera and they shot more interesting stuff than he does. I really enjoy the stuff when Joie shoots with real cameras, and even some of the stuff that Cody shot with his film cameras was neat. But fuck J Caldwell and his hipster horseshit Holga shots.

Hey guys, I think I might know what happened. I know this is about a huge moment in history, but hear me out, I can offer some insight.

I believe they may have discovered they were enemy spies only after having been married, and that was the reason for them to part ways. Typically, the way spying is done, is that we only use one to three per region, limiting the number of accounts that can be effectively responded to. For smaller accounts, however, there can be trust problems, and this likely related to the fact that Joie's real identity was discovered. I mean, there are advantages to being a larger distributor, the two were probably wrapped up in the mfg's to give enough attention to their own relationship. It can be hard working on commission, and one's significant other often feels the effect. It's still important to be established in the good ol' boys setting. You can know the buyer for years, but then it all comes to a sudden halt when the nude pictures deworming epic never thought blurry, I don't even... gonzo, but it on blast.
