to clarify: Insult is outraged by the thorough application process (I can attest that it is very lengthy and if you want a good position, you have to have experience in a food lion)

5th thinks Insult is being a baby because there are very rigorous application processes for a 'higher skilled' job, but he is referring more perhaps to the interview and the number of meetings that take place

Insult was merely referencing the physical application itself
