^^^^^thats what I thought too, which is no big deal, she lives three hours away. we used to talk about twice a week and I havent heard from her in maybe 3-4 weeks. she's definitely a bad communicator, she once took something I said completely out of context and ignored me for a few weeks out of anger. I texted her at the end of january and no answer and then yesterday and no answer. I mean we've both banged other people since we started hanging out but always stayed connected. I'm thinking maybe the silence of the last few weeks means she met someone serious. Which would be great, I'm happy for her if so, but she can take a moment to answer a text. meh she can do all the work now.

nah she always calls me, just works better that way since the best times to catch her are at night and I never know if shes going to bed early or working on school work or what. so I'll just text her and she'll call or text me back depending on teh situation

it seems rather obvious that the shit is in the way. why do I have to say anything at all?

I guess I'll have to lecture. Previously tried leaving a note on the board. Read: "clean your dishes, fool!" response was "I was getting to it, mom", and that was after 3 days of collecting dishes, which were then haphazardly cleaned, still crusted with food on the inside and covered in oil on the outside (do I really have to teach someone how to properly wash dishes!?)

So what now? nuclear war?

If there is one thing I know about telling someone to clean up after themselves its that it has to be done face to face.

They will still probably talk shit about you but at least you will know they got the message.

Will you fix the situation? Probably not. But you will get further than some random note.

I'm going to look like a dick in this situation anyway, but fuck facebook in the face.

Its a lot to throw at someone at once, I feel like there needs to be a few steps to this because it is really that bad. Leaving the sink unusable in a household with other people is one thing. Leaving it for days is another. Finally cleaning them and putting them away covered in filth is a 'whole nother' level.

I feel like I could accomplish the first two items fairly directly but the last is sort of a face palm. I mean am I supposed to hawk-eye this kid and micro manage the kitchen activities? It feels like a losing battle.

I think the best way is just to suck it up for a few more months and clean up the mess as it comes. Maybe the person will come out knowing better
