I love the combo of beets, walnuts or pecans, feta and a simple vinaigrette. Also really like taco salads with black beans, corn, salsa, cheese, Greek yogurt, avocado and hot sauce.

Obviously trying to get additional ideas though. I am not a fan of fruit in salads (other than, obviously, fruit salad) for the most part, so strawberry/blueberry/apple additions are not really my thing. I don't quite know why.

Have you ever had the watermelon, onion, feta, olive, whatever else is in it salad? It's pretty awesome even though it sounds like it would be weird. And has fruit.

I love them. Or at least canned/pickled ones. A couple times a year I buy fresh ones and roast them or something and I always like them the first time around but never have any desire to eat the leftovers.
