Here's my gut instinct, if you have no repeat offenders, and you're in a situation where your boyfriend might have to be around any coworkers who've been inappropriate in the past, I would be hesitant to share. It could negatively impact your career if he's all macho and angry around them all the time because they treated you poorly, and it wouldn't serve any purpose other than to upset him.

If you are worried about future indiscretions, then I still question your place of business and would not keep that a secret from the boyfriend, HR, and you should probably give him a heads up to have your back and pay more attention, since you're in situations that could potentially be harmful.

This is reasonable. If my fiancee told me something like this had been happening at her workplace I would be ready to kill someone in short order. If it was in the past with no repeat offenders, and I never had to interact with any of them, I could probably keep it in check. But, as said above, if there was a situation where I had to be around any of them I don't know think I could interact with someone that had treated the person I love that way. So if the confessor does not want an angry boyfriend to have cause to beat someone's ass then letting the past stay in the past might not be a bad thing. If I heard about a situation like this well after it happened (i.e. after she moved on to a different job or the perpetrator(s) no longer worked there) I wouldn't be *happy* that it had been kept from me but I'd understand the reasons why.

If ongoing that's a different story. I would want to know from a protection standpoint, and I'd be doing everything in my power to convince her to escalate the issue with HR and/or quit. While I would be even more angry in that situation the realization is also there that a current situation must be dealt with differently than past transgressions.
