Say i have 2 monitors. Is it possible to have say a forward view on one and a rear view in another when say flying an airplane? I severely doubt it but wondering if anyone has seen this as possible in the depths of the internet

does anyone else randomly get "problem with connection to server" messages while playing? The game freezes for a split second then you are facing the complete oposite direction or back in the vechile if you just exited the vechile...random shit like that. Its really really pissing me off and sucks when you are trying to aim with sniper rifle. (i reduced sound to low, cause its known to cause problems with some games. I've updated all drivers, done everything possible and nothing has fixed it)

I've noticed something peculiar in the score screen between maps. Every so often, the names displayed are not from the last map played. For that matter, I don't know whose names are being shown since I don't see any of the top scorers listed as best in their class/vehicle/etc. What's that all about?

the problem with connection to server issue I have not heard about unless it was an actual server problem that makes everyone on the server skip at the same time - if that is the case I would just avoid the server

nope, its just me on the server with that problem. Doesn't do it in single player but does it in multiplayer. I thought maybe it was port forwarding so i forwareded all the required ports but that didn't help. I also turned down my sound rendering to low that didn't help either. It may also be the on-board sound cause black and white 2 crashes all the time (locks up the computer and repeats the same sound over and over) so i'll try it with my ZS 2 plat. card in.

i was havin this issue a lot and then i plugged into my router directly cause i was over a wireless network playin in a server. it helped to fix the problem but i was still getting the connection issues, just not as often as before. so to experiment, i turned down my graphic settings and since then i havent gotten anywhere near the connection issues i had in the past. i still get little hiccups here and there but that i'm sure is server based.

and it shouldn't be graphics...playing it in single player doesn't cause this problem. Also as far as hardware it should be more than enough to handle it. (proc. AMD 64x2 4800+. 2gb Corsair XMS ultra low latency. 7800GTX. RAID 0 - 10,000rpm raptor WD drives) if that shit can't run bf2 then nothing can lol

yea unfortunately this game is just not made for wireless cause of the intense connection that is needed. there is really no way around it other than pluggin in directly. i've researched this wireless issue for the past 2-2.5 months and have gotten no where. everyone who uses wireless has the same problem; there is just no way around it. cause of that i had to reposition and rewire everythin in my house for me and my roommate so that i could plug in my desktop to the router.

Y'know, for all of the complaining about the punish system, VERY bad things happen on servers which have it off. I played on a 64-person server last night for about 2 hours and was Commander for my army during one of the maps. Some complete motherfucker on my team proceeds to spend the ENTIRE map looking for the Commander's star just so that he can shoot me over and over and over. He was blowing up our assets as well, and then he even started blowing up the supply crates when I was dropping them to fix what he had destroyed. What sucked about it is that the server had turned off the punish and voting system entirely so that there was no way to get rid of this faggot. Naturally, there was no admin present either.

Is that funny? No, not at all. Not to me. People who do shit like that just suck the fun right out of the game when they ruin it for everyone else.

hahah those are pretty good. I have found the pistol to be as accurate and effective as the SVD. I was sniping from the roof of the TV tower with it last night.


Breezer and I saw a badass stunt pulled Saturday. In the middle of a firefight at a CP, an enemy parachutes from a helo onto the top of one of our teammate's tanks, plants 2 C4, jumps off and blows up the tank. Probably one of the coolest things I've seen happen in this game that was actually planned.

Usually when I try shit like that, a teammate runs me over in a jeep or when I go to press the detonate key I somehow switch back to C4 and drop another pack which gives the tank driver time to see me and vaporize me with the main gun.

I use it when in squads really...

I'll find a position within site of a CP, and while my squad is moving in, I'll just spray the area. Not only will I get a few lucky kills, but I'll divert attention away from my squad members who are going in.

^You could try going to the regular multiplayer server screen and searching for it but beware: I have tried this myself and it usually results in nothing being displayed. I then try and get the regular servers back and it won't find them. Whenever this happens, the only thing I can do to get it to display the servers again is to restart the game.

That's a lame way to get the badges. Just go into a 64 person Karkand server and only use the knife and pistol. You'll get plenty of chances to kill people and actually earn the badge the right way.

I agree with Maugan, I actually like the support guns. The M60 in BFV was a total n00b weapon until they nerfed it. Before the big patch I never played in a match where anyone on either team used anything except the M60 / LAW combo. None of the support guns are nearly as accurate as the M60 used to be.

I actually prefer the PKM now that I have it unlocked. It's a great weapon to lay down lots of fire with and it's accurate enough to do a little damage here and there.

You can rename them with a different file extension if you don't want to lose them. I just deleted them all and have had no problems since.
