i did, however, take this today while i was at REI...not that the picture is all that artistic, but i've always loved this car and i felt compelled to whip out the camera and take some pictures real quick before i left

yeah...haven't played with any lenses yet, so macro tends to be my strongpoint w/ this camera for now. once I get around to experimenting w/ my telephoto or wide angle, I'll try some landscapes and what not.

I have such a hard time shooting flies because they never stay put. This one photog used up an entire article on how to photograph a fly - he killed it with a pad of rubbing alcohol and mounted it on a thumbtack, then was able to take his time setting up the equipment. But with a P&S? Awesome job, d00d.

lol. that IS an air filter. I guess I got lucky with the fly staying put. It must've been full from the yummy goodness of air particulates.

Here are some shots I took 2 days ago on my way home. 2 car accident, I heard the truck flipped longways and landed in the opposite direction of the one way street. Both drivers walked away fine, no cars on the street were hurt (I dont think) and no pedestrians were fine too.

I was there when a friend of mine got in a car wreck (we were behind him) so I took some pictures, and they ended up very handy in court (the guy who ran the red light insisted that the car wasn't badly damaged, and I had photos, and later on he didn't show up, but as it turns out I had photos of him).

So hold on to those, buddy. Did you get their contact info?

That's what I shot the moon with on the last page. It's actually a universal "T-Mount" that requires a cheap adapter for whatever camera you want to use it on.

^haha, sorry, its 3 shots blended into one with photoshop... i put it together that way because it looked like a paparazzi style shoot of my cousin and his girlfriend, he appears to start to cover his face because he saw someone shooting on the shore.
