As for wages and the employment issue, don't provide tax breaks to companies that outsource jobs. You want to outsource, you don't get extra government bucks to pay for it.

A modest income tax increase on top wage earners will go a long way in restoring fiscal trust in the American dollar.

I know why you are asking these questions. You want to make it sound like not only are you the least worked eye doctor out there, but you are also an economist.
