That's a stupid list. No Tobacco Road town should be receiving votes for "Worst Basketball Town". Also how is someone voting Raleigh as one of the worst towns when it is always voted one of the top 5 places to live in the US? I know some of that is the affordability and the weather, but there also has to be some kind of character about the place and some things to do there for it to make it on those lists.

I've decided that Raycom must have sold all but like one or two of their HD cameras, and substituted with some shit they found in the back of some warehouse in Alabama.

The cameras for the WF/BC game appears to be more grainy and out of focus than the cameras they were using the last time NC State won a championship.

i (a staunch opponent of anything durham) actually spent some time there last month around the tobacco district and was quite surprised at how nice it was...i have lived in raleigh for most of my life and had somehow managed to stay away from durham completely

^^^ ok, the tobacco district is nice, but that is like one tiny island in the shittiness. I lived there for three months (a few blocks from east campus), and even in the nice areas you're just a few blocks from the ghetto. Hell, the big baptist church there in town has a cop sit outside (or used to) for several hours on Sunday mornings.

He shows flashes. Like the Mizzou Elite 8 game last year where he was the ONLY reason UConn made the Final Four, but he is still the typical NYC kid. Tries to do too much. I think with a little more seasoning he can be great and there is no doubt he has a career in the Association but he still needs to be more consistent.
