Well, worst timing on a line change ever to allow that tying goal late. Should have never changed without getting the puck deep. Kovy just skated all the way to Cam before a Cane got near him.

Might as well play Peters in Philly on Thursday now. Cam needs to rest and recharge, hasn't been the best since the all-star break.

i take issue with this, unless you mean he hasn't literally been the best goalie in the league, which statistically he probably isn't

he's been pretty damn good, the canes' defense has been the problem in my opinion

i agree that without better defense there's no point in playing cam against the flyers though

pitkanen is a terrible value, mcbain is bad at puckhandling to the point where i feel like he needs to visit eye care associates, harrison though improving is still basically a warm body that sometimes gets punched, white. . . that trade is looking bad

as time goes on i get more amazed that JR let commodore clear waivers

The problem with Commodore is not him, but his contract. He was given an absolutely absurd contract by Columbus that pays him $3.8 million this year, $3.5 million next year, and $3.35 million in 2012-13.

rough game tonight, we arent exactly coming off of a great game either. Joni Pitkanen is out, I'm hoping Carson will have a great game and justify keeping Joni off of the roster.

If we can come out of this game with any points I'd be very very happy. I just dont want to get blown out and have our confidence ruined before a big stretch of games against Tampa and Atlanta

also, anyone hear any news on Jussi? when is he going to be back now? Looks like hes going to be out for a couple more weeks according to some national reports, was hoping someone knew something else

Tough loss, good game against arguably the best team in the league at their house. hopefully we can build off this and get two points saturday.

Our defense played good tonight, and guess who wasnt on the ice... Pitkanens lazy, blown coverage, game winning goal allowing ass. We are definitely not worse off without him, we proved that throughout the year when he missed time.
