The offensive coordinator and play calling has been atrocious. There is no resemblance of a NFL play calling strategy. Cam has not helped in some of his decision making, but hell, he never has more than possibly one WR open because the organization figured they didn't need another WR. And they feel they can just run that damn read option and throw it long to Smith.

Curious as to when they let the coaching staff go.

I think Rivera (a defensive guy) has done a great job in improving the defense from last year to this year, especially given the injuries and lack of free agent pickups, or free agents worth a shit (Nakamura). Chud gets too cute with his playcalling though. He either needs to run a more traditional offense that utilizes our running backs or gtfo

I was shocked that the Special Teams Coach was fired!? Granted out ST has not been good, but it is by product of our failure to move the ball, put points on the board, sustain a drive, make first downs, play a consistent game, etc...

Panthers have the guts to cut ST coach but not the coaches that not worth a damn! Damn, they make it hard to believe in them.

Give Cam, Smith, D-Will, and JStew a chance.

Special teams are completely unrelated to all the things you mentioned in your first paragraph. Those are related to offense and defense. Special teams is independent of those things.
