I think y'all should definitely expect less than optimal late-game play.

Players get fatigued, and opponents adjust.

But the Panthers seem to be really good at figuring out how to piece together wins in spite of some deficits.

And it is awesome!

Pretty amazing considering he left at least 11 points on the field, by way of two missed passes that should have been TDs that ended up being FGs (Olsen down the seam and Cotchery on the quick out) and the missed slant to Ginn on 3rd and long that would have led to a makeable FG attempt at the least. If he ever puts it all together, watch out.

Panthers only have 3 double digit wins this season, with margins of 14, 11 and 11 point wins over the hapless _FC South Florida teams and the inconsistent Eagles. With Atlanta's new defensive spark thanks to buying into Quinn's philosophy, and the potent combo of Ice throwing darts to Millenium Falcon, there's a reason why the Falcons have one of the best records in the league. Both of those games will come down to the wire.

Giving up late touchdowns to Andrew Luck and Aaron Rodgers doesn't bother me. However, it didn't start with them. Our defense let up and allowed late scores to Luke McCown and Ryan Mallett as well that made those games closer than they should have been. There's definitely something to this defense losing it's juice late in games that needs to be corrected. Also, we seem unable to grind out first downs on the ground late in games as well, which is equally concerning. I think the defensive issues will work themselves out, but some changes need to made to the play calling on offense when we're protecting leads.

we're about as deep and healthy as we've been in years. Any defense will start to tire when offenses begin to spread the field and run a hurry up in the second half.
