I'm not free on Friday until after 8pm :/
and Saturday after 4pm or before 11am :/
I have a place I normally go but I wanna go somewhere that'll put either acrylic or gel atop my real nails so it looks more natural and add an american-style polish 11/16/2011 8:38:40 PM |

I go to Pacific Nail in Tryon Woods shopping center (harris teeter is in the shopping center) and they do a great job.
I bought the zspotlight coupon for a $25 hour massage. So excited. I'm going on monday.

Her thermal stuff has high ratings on Bluefly ... we'll see what it's like when I get it. I can always return it if I'm not thrilled with it.
LunaK, love the boots! Those are adorable. The criss-cross pattern is pretty unique.

The only thing that worries me about the pants is that they're Jessica Simpson brand. I bought a pair of her shoes and liked them ... but I'm still not sure about the quality of her clothing. That said ... I really like her styles sometimes. Her line has some ADORABLE corset tops.
Meh, for $29, it's worth trying. 11/17/2011 12:38:36 PM |

^I love her shoes, but haven't found much of her clothing that I've liked. The one piece I did buy I ended up returning because I didn't think the quality was quite as good as her shoes. However, that was a while ago and I heard the brand had improved since then. 11/17/2011 12:39:44 PM |

I haven't been impressed with Jessica Simpson
she has some shoes that are cute for going out, but they're a little overboard when it comes to work attire if that makes sense.
I am a huge fan of that style of pants...if they don't work out, go to GAP and get their skinny cropped black pants. They're fantastic 11/17/2011 12:54:49 PM |
CassTheSass cupid 35382 Posts user info edit post |
i think her brand has improved a lot. i was in Belk at Crabtree a few weeks ago and couldn't believe all the Jessica Simpson stuff they had out. granted, Jessica Simpson had just been in the store the day before promoting her line so i think Belk went a bit crazy on purpose but some of the stuff looked pretty cute when i was passing by. (sorry Jessica, i was buying some Seven Jeans). 11/17/2011 12:54:55 PM |

^^I only get Jessica Simpson's kitten heels. They are super comfortable, easy to walk in, and very work appropriate. The regular heels are a little too high for my lack of coordination and balance.

wet chalk rub on hair. done. or use oil pastels and rub on hair, use hair spray. done.

I think it looks cool, as long as you have a somewhat edgy look ... or if you wear lots of black/white/neutrals. My hairdresser always has awesome streaks in her hair ... but she also wears all-black attire each day.
Wouldn't work as well if you have a typically feminine/corporate/fussy look. 11/17/2011 2:31:57 PM |

I kind of like the chalking. I have wished I could do something with a vibrant color in my hair, but I don't think work would like it. And I don't really want permanent either. 11/17/2011 3:22:20 PM |

Also, surprisingly, Jessica Simpson extensions are pretty awesome! That's a great brand if you just want long hair for the occasional Girls' Night Out. 11/17/2011 3:31:46 PM |
