I like dinosaurs so I like this movie.

BTW, I want to take that whole brachiosaur falling down sequence and put the Benny Hill theme over it.

I can't believe all the negative opinions. I agree they probably could have cut out the relationship between the boy and the other guy but it really wasn't that big of a deal. I thought the movie was more than entertaining enough to keep my attention the whole length without looking at my watch.

It's a movie about a giant gorilla. How about if you all suspend logic while you watch it. But apparently you also don't like fantastical movies (saw a couple comments about Chronicles and LOTR), so that would explain the negativity toward this film.

^^ I have no problem with fantastical movies (well, I did hate Narnia, but I love LOTR and plenty of other movies that don't take place in our particular world), and that has nothing to do with what I didn't like about the movie. I think it does a fine job of staying within its own universe of possibility, but there are other aspects of it that made me dislike it.

am i the only one who sat the through this whole movie going "this is bizarre"

i couldnt get a feeling of the movie because i just sat there going "this is bizarre"

i dont even have an opinion of those "loving" scenes, the whole thins was just bizarre

id say that the movie was poorly done if all i could think of was bible scripture, cuz this was so bizarre and not suspend disbelief

Went and saw it tonight, great movie. Loved the action sequences. The first part about going to the island and all dragged, but after they got to Skull Island I was riveted to my seat. Especially seeing him proceed to pound the shit outta the T-Rex's.
