Actually the answer to both of those are Vick. Favre had one #2 WR and the rest were practice squad guys, he didn't even have a TE or a RB. Vick has one of the top TE's in the league and a handful of starting WR's(mainly #2 and #3 guys) and a pro-bowl RB to help him out.

But who had better completion percentage?
Who had more yards?
Who averaged more per attempt?
Who had more TD's?

I mean it's pointless to compare the two's stats because they are in completely different offensive schemes this year. Atlanta is a Warrick Dunn offense, and GB is a "here Brett, make something happen" offense. (607 attempted passes this season)

GB's defense MAY have been better, but not the offense.

Look the Packers may have had injuries, but Ahman Green going down was a plus for them. Najeh is alright and Fisher is blah.... Samkon Gado is clearly a better back than Ahman Green now so it's not like they lost production from their running game by losing Green.

he had a pretty bad game for this miracle boy against Ohio State, 20 carries for only about 70 yards, 2 INT and only about 230 yards passing, not great numbers at all really for the miracle kid...granted I think the kid has talent and in the college spread system that is being run today he fits in at the top of the mobile QB's but as far as when he gets to the NFL and needs to rely on the pass more than his legs, im not sure if hes accuracy and ability to read a defense is where some of the other college QB's are right now. Like i said the defenses in the NFL are the best of the best, I dont see him running for over 50 yards a game much with their quickness...he will fit into a Saints style system but i just dont see him blossoming quite as early or doing superbly like everyone seems to think due to last night against what again, is a terrible defense.

how ferguson got hurt is irrelevant. point is, he was unavailable to the team for the rest of the season, which was yet another drawback that favre had to deal with.

My Opinion:

obviously with his current skill hed be spat out of the NFL, same as Reggie Bush

however hell get an agent and trainers that will develop him during the combines and personal workouts, get drafted onto a team, and learn about the teams offense and his role, gain some experience competing for a spot, get some preseason shine and at least become familiar with the game, in time i think he is capable of learning the offense and opposing defenses and will do fine in the NFL

if he does stupid ass shit like Winslow, Clarett, or TA hell be spat out with a black cloud over him, i think he can only stop himself
