too close to call, i dont think it was that bad of a call. It probably should not have been called a TD initially, but there is no reason to overturn it. The Bus was taking it in on 4th down anyways.

the video replay does NOT show conclusively either way in or out

therefore the ref must go with the call on the field

No, the ball never touched the goal line in any place until after it had already touched the ground, he then rolled to the side and moved up to the line-but the ball was dead... But the rule is if you (the official) are inconclusive in your decision, then the initial call stands.
